Case Lot quantities vary by Style & Manufacturer and indicated on each product page.
Please note: Maximum Discount available on American Apparel, Los Angeles Apparel Cases is 6%. There is no Case Lot discount available on Russell Athletic, Rabbit Skins, LAT Apparel & Clearance Items.

Paying by Credit Card
Credit Cards information for Invoices under $200 can be taken verbally. For orders over $200 a Credit Card Authorization Form must be photocopied and completed in full. Credit card orders are processed off-line when order is ready to be shipped. Credit card numbers are not stored on our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Interac.
Weekly Email Sales Special
Our weekly email sales generally start on a Monday morning & expire at Sunday Midnight. Sale items are limited to stock on hand and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Regrettably we can not honour back-orders or issue rain-checks.

All merchandise is shipped FOB Vancouver.Orders subject to availability & prices prevailing on date of shipment.Specifications of finished garments may vary due to the nature of knitted fabrics.For sales, delivery or credit information, please contact Customer Service.
Our opening order is $250. Any subsequent order can be for any amount, but Orders under $100 of merchandise are subject to a $5 Handling Fee.

We accept Visa / Mastercard / Interac / E-transfer. COD orders shipped Canada Post Cash. Company cheques accepted only after a Cheque Application is approved. Terms given to selected accounts. Credits cards may not be used towards invoices assigned to Terms.
Restocking Charge for In Stock Items which are returned, refused, or altered shipments are subject 15% plus freight. Custom Orders are subject to a 30% restocking charge plus freight. Charges will be added to next order. Please note, American Apparel, Los Angeles Apparel and LAT Apparel-Rabbit Skins custom orders are all FINAL SALE. Samples are non returnable.
Custom Orders. We are happy to special order any products which we do not stock in our warehouse, from any of our Manufacturers. Subject to Manufacturer’s availability. Please provide Style Number of product required. Custom Orders require a 30% deposit, which will be forfeited if the order is cancelled. Please note, American Apparel, Los Angeles Apparel and LAT Apparel-Rabbit Skins custom orders are all FINAL SALE. Samples are non returnable.
Any claims or returns must be made within 7 days. All returns require an Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please provide original Invoice Number, Style Code & Colour. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check that their order is correct & satisfactory before customizing.
It is Buyers Responsibility to make sure that the product received is exactly as ordered before imprinting/embellishing. This includes drop shipping to a 3rd party. We can not accept returns that have been mistakenly altered or customized.
Budget T-Shirt cannot accept defective returns after embellishing. The exception is Fruit of the Loom who will accept manufactured defective returns even if imprinted. All other manufacturers will only accept defective returns on unprinted merchandise.
